Ardbrae House is a family home and was purpose built in 2007 as a bed and breakfast. It is situated 6 miles south of Inverness on the B9154 Moy road nestled in a very quiet and peaceful area with quick and easy access to Inverness city centre. We guarantee a very warm Highland welcome and will do our upmost to cater for your every need and ensure that your stay is a pleasant one.
Ardbrae House has 3 large letting rooms. The first one is downstairs which has a double bed and a sofa which turns into a bed if required. This room is suitable for people in wheelchairs. The bathroom is a large wetroom with shower which is very spacious.
The 2 bedrooms upstairs both have a double/king-size bed and single bed and again sofas which turn into beds if required.
One bathroom upstairs has a bath and a shower as the other has just a shower.
Tea, coffee facilities, sky tv, hairdryer. iPod docking stations radio alarms are in all rooms. Cot is available if required.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast in our breakfast room with views over the fields. The breakfast menu includes a traditional full Scottish breakfast or if preferred a continental breakfast. A high chair is available if required. We can also do packed lunches and evening meals on request and at an additional cost.
Large free private car park and garage available for storage of motorbikes or bicyles.
