Bed & Breakfast at Drumnadrochit

Loch Ness B&B "Glenkirk" offers comfortable homely bed and breakfast holiday accommodation in delightful traditional Scottish surroundings. Glenkirk, once the village church, became redundant about 20 years ago and is now the home of Ross & Fiona Urquhart, who have transformed it into one of the most unique 4 star Bed and Breakfasts in the Highlands of Scotland.

Set in the village of Drumnadrochit, on the Loch Ness shore line amongst some of the finest scenery in Scotland and close to the Great Glen Way, Glenkirk is ideally situated for the avid Nessie hunter, hill walker, ambler, or those just wishing to "chill out" and get away from it all at any time of the year.

Spring comes late to the Highlands (March - May) but a wealth of wild flowers and, in May, bright sunny days are well worth the odd shower. The Scottish Highlands are particularly beautiful in the autumn (October) with glorious golden days, often warm and mild. It is a little quieter and should the weather turn colder you can be sure to come back to a warm welcome at Glenkirk. We are about an hour from both the Aonach Mhor skiing at Ft. William and the Cairngorm skiing, Aviemore.
