The Inch Hotel is pleased to announce that Head Chef and General Manager Nick Sharp has gained an AA Rosette for Culinary Excellence for The Yard Restaurant. This fantastic achievement belongs to the whole team at The Inch for delivering fantastic food with personality and professionalism. Less than 10% of all restaurants in the UK have earned this prestigious honour and represents the hard work and commitment of Nick and his team. Dishes tasted by the mystery hotel inspector were singled out as being "simply prepared and expertly executed". Head Chef Nick Sharp comments "We aim to deliver food with local ingredients treated with the respect they deserve and the hotel inspectors have picked up on that commitment to quality, the team and I are thrilled to be recognised!". We are always proud of our food at The Inch, its seasonal variety and local ingredients but now there is a reason we have that extra spring in our step!
