Self Catering Accommodation near Beauly

The Slaters Arms is pleased to offer quality self-catering accommodation in Cannich by Glen Affric. We have four self-catering timber cabins equipped with everything you could possibly need. Your holiday cabin accommodation has two bedrooms - one double & one with bunk beds, they also have two bed settees with a total sleeping capacity for six people. Cannich is at the centre of one of Scotland's most scenic areas, surrounded by lochs, mountains, rivers, waterfalls and wildlife encompassing two National Nature Reserves and an RSPB Reserve. Roads from the village lead into Glen Cannich, Glen Affric, Glen Strathfarrar & Glen Urquhart. Just twelve miles away is Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. The Slaters Arms in Cannich is an ideal base to explore all of these features. For the walker there are 18 Munros in the area while our rivers are renowned for the quality of salmon & trout fishing.

We have a midge eating machine therefore you can relax on your patio and enjoy breathtaking views towards Cougie and Glen Affric with a meal from the restaurant or come into the bar and enjoy the company of locals & fellow holiday makers. (see our page in Eating Out on this website) Your electricity is supplied through a card meter, cards are purchased at check in. We can accept maximum of 2 small dogs in one of the cabins at a cost of £15 each. Dogs are strictly not allowed on the beds or furniture, please bring a dog bed.  Bookings run from 4pm Friday to 10am Friday, Easter to November although we can offer short break deals with a minimum stay of 3 nights during quiet spells.
