Mysterious or what? Loch Ness is beautiful in all weathers and in different ways, I have never thought of Loch Ness itself as mysterious, it has its mysteries yes but as far as the atmosphere is concerned i have heard it described as mysterious, forbidding, frightening even! all rubbish from a personal point of view, but i must admit seeing Urquhart Castle in the mist is eerie.
