Guests can relax in the modern bar & seating area, which is a refreshing, well-balanced contrast to the traditional Victorian elements of the main hotel. Dependant on preference, 2 menus are available, with the Brasserie providing a rustic alternative to the Restaurant?s dining experience.
The Lovat has won a place in Scotland's top ten restaurants 2007 (the Press & Journal) as well as receiving 2 AA Rosettes in 2009.
Produce is sourced locally & seasonally with the menu changing accordingly. Bookings are advisable both in the Brasserie (6:00pm - 9:00pm) & Restaurant (7:00pm until 9:00pm). Open all year (9:30pm on Fri/Sat).
